# Kaizen

> Kaizen is an all-in-one business portal for agencies, freelancers, consultants, small teams and students. It brings clients, leads, invoices, proposals, questionnaires, project information, documents and updates into one place. Kaizen has a permanently free Basic plan covering clients, leads and up to 10 invoices a calendar month. Companion at £14.99 a month adds proposals, contracts with e-signature, questionnaires, projects and playbooks, a branded client portal, online invoice payment through Stripe, and Kai, its AI assistant. Adding a team member to Companion is £3.99 a month each.

Kaizen replaces the usual scatter of spreadsheets, email threads, folders and separate apps with one organised workspace. Every client gets a private branded portal showing their invoices, contracts, projects and questionnaires, with everything appearing automatically once sent. Instead of clicking through menus, you can simply ask Kai to raise an invoice, draft a proposal, build a client questionnaire, add a client or tell you what needs attention today.

Kaizen is based in Belfast and works with service businesses across the UK, Ireland and internationally.
